Designed to be installed within reach, such as in attics, above-garage bonus rooms, and loft areas, the Models GPL and GHL open to provide maximum ventilation.

When the room window is closed, a ventilation flap can be opened to allow in a breath of fresh air in any weather. Additionally, the Model GPL opens to a 45° angle to satisfy Egress requirements for emergency escape.

For easy glass cleaning from inside the room, the sash rotates completely inward. A select wood frame and sash coated with a clear finish, protective aluminum or copper cladding, and Comfort Glass ensure durability and energy efficiency. An optional insect screen and sunscreening are also available.
